Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, date of birth (for age verification), optional phone.
• Money tracker data: deposits, withdrawals, balances and profit log entries you choose to add.
• Subscription metadata from Yoco (charge ID, status). We do not store card numbers.
• Server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your account, secure payments via Yoco, generate the dashboards you see, and email you when something material changes about your subscription or a promo you’re working on.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is required with: Yoco (for payments) and our hosting provider. We may share information when compelled by SA law.

Your rights under POPIA

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email support@matchedpro.test and we will respond within the timelines required by the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Retention

We keep account and money-tracker data for as long as your account is active. After account closure we retain payment records for 5 years to comply with SA tax law.
