1. What this service is

MatchedPro (“the platform”) is an educational online publication. It teaches a sports-betting promotional technique commonly known as matched betting. It does not operate any betting service, does not hold customer funds, and does not place bets on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in the Republic of South Africa to register or use any feature of this platform.

3. No guarantees

The platform provides mathematical models, calculators and step-by-step guides. The outputs are estimates based on user-supplied inputs. Profits are not guaranteed. You alone are responsible for verifying every bookmaker’s terms and conditions before placing any bet.

Some odds-matcher surfaces may run in preview, dummy or coming-soon mode. Any example event list, example bookmaker price, or example exchange lay price shown in those modes is educational only and must never be treated as a live executable quote.

4. Bookmaker accounts

You are solely responsible for compliance with each bookmaker’s own terms, including FICA verification, single-account rules and prohibition on automated tools. The platform takes no responsibility for accounts being limited, suspended or closed by a bookmaker.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the subscription page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Acceptable use

You may not share your account, scrape the platform, attempt to bypass paywalls, or resell promo data. The featured bookmakers are SA-licensed; you may not use the platform to engage with unlicensed operators.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by SA law, the platform and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from your betting activity, mistakes made when using calculators, bookmaker account actions, or any third-party service (including Yoco, your bank, or bookmakers).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or law-enforcement requests. You may close your account at any time by emailing support.
